Baby arugula salad with shaved aged cheddar and herbs

4 cups Baby arugula

2 cups of assorted fresh herbs

Basil

Purple basil

Chervil

Italian parsley

Tarragon

Sorrel

4 tsp. Fresh squeezed lemon juice

9 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil

I tsp. Sugar

4 oz. Shaved aged cheddar cheese (2 year old Grafton Village Cheddar cheese preferred)

Kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper

Place in your favorite salad bowl with the cheese on top and enjoy
