Located 22 miles north of Worcester, Massachusetts, Westfield Farm has become a leading cheesemaker with an international reputation.

Well-known for it's goat's milk cheeses which include the unique Hubbardston Blue, a Camembert-like externally ripened cheese using a blue Roquefort mold, they have expanded to include cow's milk cheeses (both fresh and aged) and combined milk cheeses. Westfield Farm cheeses are available in many area retail outlets.

Visitors are welcome at the farm every day.

Hubbardston Blue Cow
What began as a temporary stop-gap effort to placate Hubbardston Blue buyers during the winter months, when goat milk is in short supply, developed its own flock of fervent followers. Like the original Hubbardston Blue, Hubbardston Blue Cow is a surface ripened blue cheese that develops a very soft and creamy center upon ripening. This is one cheese even the most committed goat cheese lover is likely to have a cow over!

Worcester County Cow
This raw milk, blue-veined cow's milk cheese features a natural rind and a truly unique, bold taste. Not quite as sharp or salty as Stilton, Worcester County Cow has a nutty, earthy, almost lemony mustiness that marries beautifully with port or sherry.

Capri Cow Cheddar
This raw milk, cloth-bound, 10 pound cow's milk cheddar has a HUGE cheddar flavor and a breath-taking finish. It is made in small batches, following the old English tradition. It is creamy rather than crumbly and richer rather than overly sharp.

Ayrshire Farmer's Cheese
This farm fresh cow's milk cheese is made from 100% Ayrshire milk delivered directly from neighboring Hancock Farm in Barre. It's made in the same simple manner as their chevre and is just as creamy and delicious, but without the distinct goat cheese bite. It can substitute for cream cheese in any recipe.
