These two founders had a vision of producing the finest cheese utilizing the same methods as were implemented by their ancestors over one thousand years ago.
Maplebrook Farm Mountain Mozzarella is made entirely by hand in Bennington, Vermont by skilled old world cheese artisans. Their cheese consistently passes all taste tests because of its purity and natural goodness - the cheesemakers believe that their cheese is superior due to the careful attention it receives, with minimal handling to best achieve the optimal flavor and a perfect consistency. Maplebrook Farm Mountain Mozzarella is unaffected by preservatives or additives and is therefore bursting with the true, natural and delicate flavor of the cheese itself with no salt added.

For your ultimate pleasure: These squeaky, buttery cheese treats are made in a strictly traditional manner, from the milk of cows that graze in the mountains of Vermont. Cheddar cheese curds are the small chunks of cheese pulled from the vat before formed into blocks to be aged. They are a great treat for all ages. Mild in taste and healthy too! The curds are a great source of protein and calcium.
